SETTING UP AN OFFSHORE COMPANY

In order to give you a look at the quantum of the prices for setting up and maintaining an offshore company, we present the minimum prices for two of the jurisdictions we offer (one community and another extra-community):

● Cyprus (EU): 2,700 Euro (establishment) - 1,300 Euro / year - (maintenance after 1 year);
● Anguilla: 1.300 USD (establishment) - 800 USD / year - (maintenance after 1 year); Among the nearest offshore jurisdictions we offer are: Bulgaria, Hungary and Poland.

At the same time, we can inform you of the more distant financial statements of the potential business partner, associates, administrators, censors, powers conferred on the company's representatives, the history of the changes made, as well as whether it is involved in litigation for money.

LOAN RECOVERY
Because your work matters and because, many times, business partners "forget" to pay for your services, we help you get your money back. The first step you need to do is to contact us, we sign the contract by which we will represent you and, from this moment on, we will take care of the entire procedure for recovering your money: convince the debtor, using legal procedures, that it is better to "settle" an amicable debt than to settle the matter in court, thus avoiding further expenditures.

LOGO REGISTRATION
The logo is an element used to identify and personalize the merchant. It can be represented by words, only by a graphic or a complex element by combining the two. In order to be registered with the Trade Registry, the logo must be subject to verification, it being necessary for it to be different from the ones already in place.

Required documents for signing / changing the logo:
● Identity Cards of the Associates;
● The Company's Founding Act;
● Logo pattern, in 2 copies

REGISTERED OFFICE HOSTING
When you do not own a property of any kind, or you own, but there are impediments to obtaining the agreement of the owners 'and neighbors' association, both in the case of setting up a company and in the change of its registered office, we offer the following services:

● Hosting a registered office at a law firm at the rate of 30 Euro / month for a year, with the possibility of changing to another lawyer's office at the expiry of the initial term;

REPRESENTATION IN COMMERCIAL DISPUTES
We provide legal assistance and representation during all procedural phases, including pre-conciliation, in all areas of commercial interest, in conflicts arising from the conclusion of commercial agreements, insurance agreements, in cases of responsibility of the creditor, with banks, in cases regarding sale-purchase contracts, mortgage, warranty, product quality, etc.
REPRESENTATION IN THE INSOLVENCY / BANKRUPCY PROCEDURE
The application for opening of insolvency proceedings may be made both by the creditors and by the debtors, and the person making the request has the possibility to ask the judge to appoint a court administrator or liquidator chosen by them. Competent Courts are the courts in whose jurisdiction the debtors have their headquarters, and within these institutions the syndic judge is distinguished whose duties are limited to the judicial control of the activity of the judicial administrator and / or the liquidator and to the judicial processes and applications related to bankruptcy (insolvency).

The simplified bankruptcy procedure (the procedure whereby the debtor goes directly to the bankruptcy procedure either with the opening of the insolvency procedure or after a notice period of up to 60 days) applies to insolvent debtors in one of the following situations:

● Economic agents, individuals, acting individually;
● Familial associations;
● Economic agents exempted from the general procedure;
● Debtors who did not submit the documents required by law;
● Companies dissolved prior to the application form;
● Debtors who have declared in their application the intention to go bankrupt or are not entitled to benefit from the judicial reorganization procedure provided by law.
REPRESENTATION IN ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION PROCEDURES
At the amicable settlement stage, we are joined by our clients through mediation and arbitration.

Mediation consists in the amicable settlement of the conflict through the intermediary of a third party called mediator, under confidentiality and impartiality, with the free consent of the parties involved. In this regard, we offer legal assistance and representation services, as well as consulting and legal assistance services in front of the institutions involved in the mediation procedure.

Arbitration is a private way of settling conflicts, through which individuals with full capacity to exercise rights can resolve patrimonial disputes between them, with the exception of those who regard rights over which the law does not permit trading. It is classified in two forms: institutionalized arbitration and ad hoc arbitration.

In the field of arbitration, our office offers assistance and representation services to all institutions involved in this procedure.
REPRESENTATION IN THE PROCEDURE FOR RECOGNITION OF STRAIN DECISIONS (EXEQUATOR PROCEDURE)
The procedure for recognizing judgments handed down by courts in other countries is the mechanism by which foreign judgments acquire judicial authority in the territory of our country. In this respect, following the recognition procedure, foreign judgments produce their effects, becoming enforceable on the territory of the Romanian state as well.

Recognition of foreign judgments is done through the court and is called the exequator procedure.

OBTAINING VISAS AND RESIDENCE PERMITS IN ROMANIA
